ConvertEase is powered by the CloudConvert API. All file conversions are processed through CloudConvert’s secure cloud infrastructure. Uploaded files and converted outputs are automatically deleted from CloudConvert’s servers within 24 hours of job completion. ConvertEase does not store your files permanently.
When you upload a file, it is securely transmitted over HTTPS to CloudConvert’s servers for processing. A temporary secure download link is generated for you. Both your uploaded file and the converted output are automatically deleted within 24 hours. By using ConvertEase, you also agree to CloudConvert’s Terms of Service at cloudconvert.com/terms.
ConvertEase uses CloudConvert’s professional conversion engines. However, we cannot guarantee every converted file will be a perfect representation of the original in all cases. Complex formatting, embedded fonts, macros, and proprietary features may not convert with complete accuracy. Always review converted files before professional use.
The CloudConvert free tier provides 25 conversion minutes per day. If you encounter API limit errors, please try again the following day or visit cloudconvert.com for paid plans.
